Job Summary: CLEANbee Property Services is currently seeking dependable, customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians for Evenings and Weekends. This is a full-time, hourly position located in East Butler, Pennsylvania. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to commercial and residential properties. This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. All employees are paid biweekly and are offered the following benefits: - Health Benefits - Paid time off - 401(k) plan - Opportunities for advancement and career growth - A positive and inclusive work environment Responsibilities: - Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of assigned commercial and residential properties according to established standards - Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces and fixtures - Restock supplies and notify management of any needed supplies or equipment repairs - Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines - Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or requests promptly - Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules or changes - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients and coworkers Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of previous cleaning experience preferred - Ability to work evenings and weekends on a full-time basis - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning instructions - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test - Physically able to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time - Reliable transportation to and from work - Fluency in English, both verbal and written EEOC Statement: Cleanbee Property Services is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
