What You'll Do:
  • Build, clean, and package single-use assemblies following Engineering Process Records (EPR), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Maintain a safe and compliant ISO Class 7 environment by following cleanroom protocols and cGMP standards.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promptly report safety concerns.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes and adhere to change control procedures.
  • Prevent process deviations by identifying and escalating potential issues.
  • Keep work areas organized and clean in line with 6S principles.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by properly storing unused parts.
  • Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards to meet manufacturing schedules and support on-time delivery.
  • Complete assembly tasks within designated timeframes and ensure build it right the first time standards.
What We're Looking For:Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 0-2 years of experience in a production or cleanroom environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous cleanroom experience.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.

  • Willingness to learn and follow cleanroom protocols.
  • Flexibility, motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency in Word and Excel).

  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks throughout the day.
Work Environment: You'll work in a well-lit, temperature-controlled cleanroom environment with adequate ventilation. This position involves standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting throughout the shift. Vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
