The position will work on-site in our Princeton, NJ office and may be required to work first or second shift.ResponsibilitiesProduction environment manufacturing high quality advanced imaging products.Maintenance of Cleanroom Equipment including Compressed gasses, Vacuum Systems, etc.Assemble surface mount components into board assemblies in accordance with specifications and drawings.Solder TE Coolers to heat exchanger.Assemble Flex Circuits on Detector AssembliesDie and Wafer handling, sorting and pick and place.Wafer DicingWafer CleaningWire Bonding Detector AssembliesSetup and maintenance of existing and new equipment used in the manufacturing cleanroomQualificationsHS grad or equivalent2 years of related experience preferredDue to government requirements candidates must be a US CitizenMust be willing to work in cleanroom environment, class 10000, and class 100 hoods.Basic knowledge of mechanical assembliesExperience with safe use and disposal of basic chemicals used in electronic assemblies a plusExperience with epoxy mixing and dispensing equipment a plusBasic knowledge of electronic components, circuits and test and measurement equipment a plusThe salary range is: $17.82-$23.62/hr. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles. Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
