Job Title: Cleanroom OperatorJob DescriptionInspect medical products within a cleanroom setting while wearing a lab coat and glasses. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and safety of medical devices through meticulous inspection and adherence to strict protocols.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, procedures, and inspection sheets to complete inspections.Verify that measuring equipment is calibrated properly and alert the Supervisor or Manager if equipment validity is in question.Complete necessary paperwork such as data sheets, lab requests, and Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs), either electronically or in hard copy.Conduct required read and record data sheets, first article inspections, or other documented inspections as necessary.Interpret sample size from a standard AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) table.Utilize computers and basic Microsoft Applications for inspection documentation.Perform other inspection and/or production functions as required.Essential Skills1-3 years of mechanical inspection experience using a wide variety of equipment and tolerances to at least the 5th decimal point.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, procedures, and inspection sheets.Proficiency in verifying calibration of measuring equipment.Experience in completing data sheets, lab requests, and NCMRs.Familiarity with computers and basic Microsoft Applications.Capability to perform first article inspections and documented inspections.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with quality assurance, quality inspection, and quality control.Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, blueprints, and microscopes.Experience in medical device assembly and production.Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and machine operation.Forklift operation experience is a plus.Why Work Here?We offer great benefits and a supportive work environment where every holiday is celebrated to ensure inclusivity.
