Job Title: Cleanroom TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Cleanroom Technician to assist with the assembly of medical device products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and sub-assembly of products, as well as the sterilization of raw materials and finished products using alcohol.
Responsibilities- Assemble and sub-assemble medical device products.
- Sterilize raw materials and finished products using alcohol.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic repairs on braiding machines that encase plastic catheters with metal reinforcement.
- Ensure tools and test equipment are properly calibrated and repaired according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform lock out and tag out procedures.
Essential Skills- Experience in machine operation, mechanical assembly, and production.
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance.
- Mechanically inclined with good hand and eye coordination for sub-assembly.
- Experience working on a production line.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a GMP setting. The braiding machine room is noisy, and employees will need to wear earplugs. The company provides PPE, except for steel-toe boots. The area is climate-controlled. Available shifts are: 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am). Orientation takes place on the first day at 8am, with training/shadowing lasting a minimum of 3 months on the designated shift, unless otherwise instructed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
