Job Summary:
The Airports Properties Manager holds a key leadership role in overseeing the maintenance and management of our airport advertising assets and ensuring the successful execution of advertising client campaigns through a network of third-party Independent Contractors. This position is responsible for overseeing Independent Contractors who are tasked with maintaining all advertising assets to meet Clear Channel Airports' operational standards. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with Airport Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE) partners to support the servicing of the advertising program inventory.
* Oversees the management of advertising program assets, operations, and third-party contractors across all airport locations.
* Serves as the primary point of contact for airport operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, urgency, and communication with airport partners, Sales Account Executives, and external clients.
* Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with airport personnel to ensure smooth and successful operations, with travel to airports as needed.
* Sources, recruits, trains, and manages third-party contractors to fulfill contractual obligations at each airport.
* Coordinates with third-party service, maintenance, and tech support contractors to troubleshoot or replace printed and digital network inventory.
* Ensures timely procurement of Proof of Posting (POP) photographs for client campaigns, in compliance with company policies and industry standards, via third-party contractors.
* Collaborates with the Director of Operations: Regional Airports to develop and manage capital investment budgets for revenue-generating assets and operational expenses.
* Assists with advertiser client services and specialty coordination on regional and national campaigns.
* Performs additional duties as required or assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience required.
Work Experience
* Five (5) + years' experience in related field, preferably in project management, process improvement, or business analysis
Skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask effectively.
* Quick to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic digital components.

Physical Demands
The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
* While performing the duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, stand, bend, stoop, lift, position, hold, push and pull, materials and equipment in excess of 30 pounds. In addition to climb, bend, stoop, stand, move upper body extremities.
* Ability to climb ladders and or stairs to access work sites at heights of 6' feet or more.
* Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.
* Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus.
* Site visits in a construction environment

Other Requirements
* Able to travel outside of the office 40% of the time.
* 10-year FBI Background check required for airport security badging process
