ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:- Edit & produce radio programming shows.
- Assist with the marketing team on game days/during games and all community appearances (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X).
- Gather video content from games, events, and the fans to create hype videos, short clips, and highlights.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings to understand the social media/marketing needs.
- Stay current and create social media content with trends.
- Make sure all corporate sponsorship social media assets are accounted for.
- Assist and create custom content development for social media channels.
- Follow the brand guidelines and 2025 design aesthetic set forth by the Marketing Team.
- Al other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong interest in earning entry into the sports industry with a focus on Facility Operations.
- Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work with your hands and in adverse weather conditions.
- The ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire season for not only baseball games but also outside events.
- Strong desire and pride in the workplace and its overall operation to make it the best in sports.
- Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
- Possess experience in general maintenance with a basic knowledge of basic tools.
- Ability to conduct self professionally both in personal appearance and attitude.
- The ability to have fun while performing any task.
