We are currently looking for motivated individuals who can provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting. The responsibilities of this job include:
- Clerical work, including filing, data entry, reception work, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier), and other clerical functions.
- Data entry - 50 keystrokes per minute.
- Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate level. Interpersonal skills,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Performs data entry and general clerical duties.
- Maintains a professional demeanor.
- Act as liaison with nurses, physicians, and staff.
- Ability to interact with patients all day.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two years of experience, a high school diploma or GED.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent customer service skills.
