As our part-time Clerical Assistant, you'll earn a competitive starting pay of $17 - $18 an hour with the possibility of higher starting pay for candidates with relevant industry experience. WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:

This position begins as part-time (9:00 AM-3:00 PM, flexible) and transitions to a full-time schedule during peak season (April/May).

As our Clerical Assistant, you'll support the Move Coordination/Customer Service department by handling critical tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your day might include retrieving and preparing essential documents for our drivers and crews, obtaining Certificates of Insurance to ensure smooth transitions, processing and uploading completed paperwork, and assisting with billing. You'll also coordinate the pickup of materials for customers and train as a backup move coordinator, stepping up to keep everything on track when teammates are out. This hands-on role will immerse you in the heart of our operations and provide opportunities to develop your skills and grow with us!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Experience in the moving industry is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate based on their customer service expertise. Our ideal candidate can also meet the following qualifications:
