Job Description:
Must Haves:
At least 1 year of HVAC product knowledge
1-2 years of computer experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and inventory management systems.)
1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
Responsibilities:
Operate cash drawer and follows established cash handling procedures
Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills
Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers expectations
Qualifications:
1-2 years of sales experience
HVAC knowledge of products
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
General math skills to allow for cash accounting
An ability to learn is a must have!
Excellent decision making and communication skills
