Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $15 / Hour
What you'll be doing as a Clerical Worker:
* Greeting visitors and answering phones
* Filing forms and documents
* Data entry and record keeping
* Assist with daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendor
* Maintain a neat and organized office environment
* Show units for apartment complex
* Scan applications
* Use multiple computer programs

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of Excel
* Some bookkeeping experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Prior office experience
* Computer experience required
