Applicant must have as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Training or experience in typing, filing, bookkeeping, scanning, computers and general office procedures is preferable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word a plus. Must have strong communication skills. Ability to work in a group environment and maintain high levels of confidentiality is essential as well as being able to perform duties professionally in stressful situations while meeting constant deadlines. Must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with school stakeholders, state and federal agencies and the general public. Base pay is $22,294 pending review and verification of experience.
