Location: Hampton,CT, USA
We are seeking a part-time clerk to join our finance office team. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working hours without benefits. The clerk will be responsible for providing clerical support to the finance department, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and assisting with financial record keeping.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks, including inputting financial transactions into the system
Assist in maintaining financial records and files
Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior clerical experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Schedule: Part-time, 2 days per week.
