- Meet and interact effectively with students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
- Input class schedules and maintain advising records.
- Process various forms, requests, work orders, and reservations.
- Help with recruiting activities, new student orientation, and special events.
- Help post updates on the College's Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining College asset inventory.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, Google, social media, and other computer applications.
- Ability to prioritize all work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and administration.
