Busser - Clevelander South Beach
SUMMARY: Maintains the cleanliness of the entire Clevelander property and supports servers in table maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Completes assigned side-work duties (opening, closing, ongoing); stacks and un-stacks chairs, aligns tables
* Maintains cleanliness in assigned station and or stations
* Communicates with host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
* Assists with the removal of dirty dishes and glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests are finished
* Runs soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware from bus stations to dish wash area throughout shift
* Responsible for cleanliness of trash area and all trash related duties; empties removes and compacts the trash
* Ensures bus stations are stocked and cleaned before each shift begins
* Assists in maintaining the appropriate levels of equipment and product in the service stations
* Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
Qualification:
* At least 18 years of age.
* High School diploma preferred.
