Busser - Clevelander South BeachSUMMARY: Maintains the cleanliness of the entire Clevelander property and supports servers in table maintenanceDuties and Responsibilities:* Completes assigned side-work duties (opening, closing, ongoing); stacks and un-stacks chairs, aligns tables* Maintains cleanliness in assigned station and or stations* Communicates with host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction* Assists with the removal of dirty dishes and glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests are finished* Runs soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware from bus stations to dish wash area throughout shift* Responsible for cleanliness of trash area and all trash related duties; empties removes and compacts the trash* Ensures bus stations are stocked and cleaned before each shift begins* Assists in maintaining the appropriate levels of equipment and product in the service stations* Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and proceduresQualification:* At least 18 years of age.* High School diploma preferred.
