Client Account Associate (Collections). In this entry level professional role you will ensure that all clients receive exceptional service throughout their engagement with our firm. This position will be responsible for client outreach on receivables and help create solutions to resolve client questions. You will be expected to meet/exceed individual and departmental goals and objectives set forth. High performance in this role will lead to further growth opportunities within alliantgroup.
Responsibilities - Use proven strategies to contact clients via telephone to collect on outstanding receivables
- Create organic Raving Fans by delivering an A+ client experience
- Document client calls and action items for sales team
- Create Solutions for client questions/issues
- Create account reconciliations for services rendered on projects
- Conduct research for issues concerning client billing
- Partner with internal business colleagues on strategy and approach as warranted
- Foster an environment of teamwork; share ideas/suggestions to raise the bar of excellence with each client interaction
Qualifications - Four-year degree preferred
- 1+ year of related client service experience
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to serve clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
