Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Client Account Manager to join their team. As a Client Account Manager, you will be part of the department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent email etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts.

Location: Forest, VA

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Manage daily inbound inquiries and outbound efforts to existing clients to grow the business and offer exceptional sales/customer service support to our clients and their retail partners.
  • Track all daily activity in CRM for successful account and communication maintenance.
  • Process orders and deliver account paperwork in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.
  • Report client needs and issues, product and marketplace feedback, and trends to management to support the company in serving its clients and their retail partners.
  • Review opportunities and project workload with Account Management Team weekly to ensure effective progress toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly department goals.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree and suggested two+ years of experience in Account Services. Previous account ownership and knowledge of CRM systems is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexible attitude, attention to detail, aptitude for working with many people, and ability to deal with a rapidly shifting workload.
  • Pro-active, professional, positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
