You will work closely with our customer operations and sales team to ensure we are delivering a positive client experience. - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Inbound and outbound calls to address customers' questions about products and services
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients
