Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and management efforts, and to assist in the overall business development of our franchise. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for community service, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales or client management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate with caregivers and clients to tailor services to individual needs.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare reports and analytics to track business performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. (1-2 years experince)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions.
- Compassion and understanding of the needs of seniors.
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable vehicle
Preferred:
- In-Home Senior care experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Ridgeville or surrounding area: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
