If you are interested in this opportunity please send your resume via email to ...@naglergroup.com for immediate consideration.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:Provides assistance and support to the Chief of Staff through a range of daily activities including but not limited to meeting scheduling and preparation (to include agenda and meeting minutes), calendar maintenance, and internal and external correspondences.Additionally assists the Chief of Staff with organization and communication to the board of trustees, committees and task force groups including scheduling, writing meeting minutes as well as assistance in preparing the board weekly email.Assistance and attention to detail with event planning execution and logistics including vendor communications, scheduling walk throughs, and day of event planning.Communicating with clients in a cordial and professional manner.Experience:High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred4+ yrs.
