Your role
At UBS, we are looking for a client service associate to join the Kunkel Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and has a passion for finance. The role affords the candidate the opportunity to work with Financial Planning and Investment professionals and to develop a deep understanding of the Wealth Management business and UBS Financial. In addition, this is an opportunity to gain valuable insight, develop new skills, and establish a network of mentors and business contacts.
We're looking for a Client Service Associate to:
* Service and deepen relationships in our existing client base by providing exceptional service.
* Assist with the responsibilities of running an entrepreneurial business model.
* Use critical thinking skills to address customer concerns and queries.
* Perform research and prepare reports for clients.
* Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
* Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

Your expertise

* Client-focus and the credibility to develop, deepen and maintain mutual relationships at all levels of the organization.
* A strong knowledge of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
* The ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations and deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
* A comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, portfolio management, and risk management is also essential.
* Good command of Microsoft Office and a fast learner when it comes to new IT products.
