Come join our growing team! Our fast growing Palm Beach County office has an opening for a full time experienced Client Services and Scheduling Specialist. This position is a blend of client services and scheduling functions, entailing onboarding and successfully dealing with all care related issues for our clients and their schedules. You will use a technology system to manage filling client shifts which involves matching the best employee who will provide caregiving services to our clients. Knowledge of how to optimize our employee's availability and schedule preferences, reduce overtime and satisfy client needs is essential. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into other areas as the agency grows. Required: Prior experience working for a home care (personal care) or home health (skilled nursing) agency in client services or as a scheduler. Advanced technology skills to master the multitude of technology systems is critical, as is the ability to multi-task and professionally deal with both employee and client issues. Proven skills using gentle but effective influencing with HHA and CNA staff is paramount to your success in this role. Team players only need apply! The best candidate will bring maturity and professionalism; possess great accuracy for details, and be composed under pressure. Your communication and influencing skills must be savvy and effective, as you will coach and mentor our caregiving team, handle difficult situations with clients and their families, assign client shifts, approve time off, and manage performance issues. Strong office skills are a must and proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools including excel, Word, powerpoint, MS OneDrive.
