Visiting Angels is searching for a full-time Client Care Coordinator who is organized, detail oriented and computer savvy In this position, you will help others, provide excellent customer service, and be responsible for some administrative responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is friendly, customer service oriented and has a warm demeanor. The schedule is Monday through Friday evenings and every other weekend. Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating clients scheduling needs with appropriate caregiver availability to ensure continuity of care
- Communicate schedule changes between office and field staff accurately and on a timely basis
- Act as a liaison between clients, families and scheduled staff to communicate changes and needs
- Assisting in taking telephone referrals and distributing required information to the appropriate clinical personnel
- Provides on-call after hours support to supervise caregivers, assist in schedule changes, and handle emergency situations regarding clients
- Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team
Requirements:
- High school degree; college degree preferred
- Scheduling experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Clear, professional speaking voice
- Ability to multitask and strong follow up skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team Player
- Ability to work under pressure
