In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company: the first face our caregivers see and the first voice our clients hear. You will spend a majority of your day interacting with our care team and families. •Highly attentive and resourceful- Must have the ability to match the right caregiver with a client and able to work with a sense of urgency in identifying staff or hiring when a caregiver is unavailable. •Sharp eye for compliance- Ability to track expirations, paperwork, care notes, and ensure all caregivers are up to date.
