Position Profile: Standley Systems Client Care Dispatch Representative will be responsible for handling service dispatch calls, the ITT service calls we receive from 3rd party dealers and serve as a back-up for the Client Care team when needed. This role will report to the Client Care Manager. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assign tech/territory using a software solution that generates daily.
  • Assign tech/territory on newly installed equipment from installations calls completed the previous day.
  • Cover Dispatch throughout the day for our Imagining technicians.
  • Cover throughout any emails received from 3rd party dealers in/out service requests:
  • Communicating with 3rd party dealers regarding ETA's, parts, and anything else regarding service requests, as well as our service admin and technicians.
  • Coordinating with supplies & purchasing teams to order and ship parts for 3rd party service requests.
  • Monitoring the out of area box in dispatch que review service calls for out of state machines to ensure service has been requested. Review notes and follow up with 3rd party dealers as needed until service has been completed and clients are taken care of in a timely manner.
    • Review and invoice out service calls in the dispatch-ok to invoice que:
    • Monitoring the unassigned box in dispatch que to review service calls on credit hold or service calls assigned in error that need to be reassigned to a technician.
    • Service call corrections for response & repair times etc. sent by Service Admin.
    • Be a back up for the Client Care department as needed.

    Computer Skills:
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft office and be willing to learn industry related software.
    Experience:
    • 1-2 years of Customer Service/Dispatch experience preferred
    Education:
    • One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
