Nutrition for Longevity focuses on Reimbursed Medically Tailored Home Delivery along with meals designed to support general healthy eating based on the Science of the Longevity Diet. N4L works with the largest insurance providers in the nation to provide our meals to Medicaid and Medicare patients that can benefit from such services.

The Client Care Manager is responsible for care manager & client sales & relationship management. This includes but is not limited to initial introductory calls to care managers when N4L launches in new markets or with new accounts. The Care Manager will also proactively build relationships with clients and care managers to maintain relationship to grow referrals and re-authorizations. This role will include heavy interaction with members, caregivers and care managers via phone calls and in person visits and attending conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively present Nutrition for Longevity products and services to clients & key stakeholders within AAAs, MCOs, clinical team, case managers, social workers, physicians, nurses and dietitians & referral partners.
  • Building relationships and generating key contacts within existing and prospecting accounts & with clients.
  • Build a schedule of staff meetings, in-service presentations.
  • Maintain CRM database documenting sales leads and follow-ups
  • Continually monitor performance versus company defined account management metrics and CRM management budgets
  • Collect & process incoming requests for new care manager referrals via email and phone calls. Request re-authorizations if members are coming near renewal dates.
  • Coordinate & partner with internal teams.
  • Support the mission and vision of the company.
  • Be passionate about nutrition and helping others.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years sales experience in areas such as managed care, long-term care, home health, home care, hospital or medical equipment or working as a case worker at a AAA, MCO, Healthcare company preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare benefit programs
  • Interest in Nutritional solutions for populations in need of solutions and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting and presenting
  • Results driven individual that seeks to meet or exceed goals / metrics.
  • Customer service experience and strong interpersonal communication skills a plus
  • Strong Microsoft office skills Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM organizational sales software
  • Familiarity and contacts within the specific regional market along with experience working in Medicaid service provision a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience level:

  • 3-5 years in client services

Job Type: Full-time, during working hours.

Expected hours: 40 per week
