Job DescriptionA local home care facility is hiring a Client Care Manager for the Mobile office. This facility provides at home care for the senior community. The client care manager will be responsible for continuing the development of the mobile county business and reporting to the Daphne director. Ideal candidate will have Marketing experience, community relationships and management skills to continue to grow the company's level of service to the senior community. Requirements
- Manage client assessments and client in-take processes.
- Market to an established referral network.
- On call rotation one weekend a month.
- Manage scheduling and recruiting.
- Maintain a high profile within the community.
- Previous experience in private duty, hospice, home health or related fields.
- Proven track record in marketing.
- Experience in managing an office staff and human resource related topics.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
BenefitsThe ideal candidate will receive a total compensation package that ranges between $55,000-$75,000 annually. Additional benefits include weekly fuel allowance, monthly cell phone allowance and medical coverage. Salary will be based on experience.
