Job Type: Full-Time (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Location: Mount Airy, NC OR Clearwater, FL

Core Role Responsibilities

* Responds to client inquiries via telephone and website.

* Answers questions or concerns from clients regarding company products and services.

* Educates client on use of company website.

* Provides client orientation/training on products and services offered by OSG.

* Aids client with billing questions regarding services.

* Utilizes available systems to process client orders.

* Responds and closes Salesforce cases submitted by clients.

* Fields calls from clients.

* Develops and executes strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.

* Manages and maintains relationships with clients.

Qualifications

* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, oral & written.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Able to adapt to high-pressure situations.

* Experience in working in a client-facing environment.

* Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center or customer service environment.
