  • Responds to client inquiries via telephone and website.
  • Answers questions or concerns from clients regarding company products and services.
  • Educates client on use of company website.
  • Provides client orientation/training on products and services offered by OSG.
  • Aids client with billing questions regarding services.
  • Utilizes available systems to process client orders.
  • Responds and closes Salesforce cases submitted by clients.
  • Fields calls from clients.
  • Develops and executes strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
  • Manages and maintains relationships with clients.
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, oral & written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to adapt to high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in working in a client-facing environment.
  • Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center or customer service environment.
