Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or client care role.
- Familiarity with EPIC and other hospital systems
- Knowledge of insurance process', excel
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Full-time positions (40 hours per week)
- This role is located onsite at Deaconess hospital
- Work schedule may require flexibility based on client needs.

Salary Description $15 - $17 per hour
