Plancorp is seeking a Client Center Concierge to join our growing team. We advocate for clients by proactively guiding them through all aspects of their financial lives. The firm provides comprehensive, holistic financial planning and investment advisory services for individuals, families, business owners, non-profit and institutional clients. We assist clients in articulating meaningful goals and attaining those goals through actions and strategies consistent with their specified values.

Job Summary: The Client Center Concierge will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing various administrative and reception related tasks, thereby providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Position Overview: As with all positions at Plancorp, duties may change from time to time, but in general, this role will do the following:

* Greet clients and visitors to the office.

* Keep the conference center tidy by ensuring chairs are always pushed in, guests' mugs/glasses are picked up, surfaces are wiped, and tissue boxes are available in each conference room.

* Answer phone calls, forward calls or direct to voicemail for employees out of the office.

* Check Outlook for calendar availability of conference rooms.

* Order office supplies, beverages, food for events, and lunch.

* Maintain the lunch calendar.

* Serve as a notary public.

* Receive employee packages and ensure they are picked up.

* Serve as a liaison with building management.

* Set up chairs for internal meetings.

* Interact with vendors, such as plant watering services.

* Ensure deliveries are received.

* Ensure coffee is always brewed at reception.

* Be willing to help facilitate client requests.

What you bring:

* Experience within a professional services environment.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to make clients feel valued and comfortable.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook required; knowledge of other Microsoft products helpful.

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Experience with office management and administrative tasks.

* Notary public certification required.

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Please note this is a fully onsite role.
