In this role, you will be responsible for managing all client communications related to the status of open cases. You will leverage advanced AI tools to streamline and enhance communication processes, ensuring timely and effective updates to our valued customers. Your role will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a retail or furniture industry.
Working Conditions
