Job Description:
Our client, a national construction/real estate company, is looking for a Client Communications Specialist to join their team 11/1 through 2/1/25 with the possibility to extend or go full-time for the right fit. This role is 40 hours per week and ideally hybrid onsite 1-2 days per week at one of their hubs: Houston, Nashville, Denver, and Phoenix.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Client Communications Specialist to enhance our communication strategies and strengthen relationships with our client stakeholders. This role will focus on delivering impactful messaging, reporting insights, and analyzing communication performance to drive engagement and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies tailored to client needs and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and analyses to communicate performance metrics and insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create informative newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership content.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and PowerPoint to produce professional and engaging materials for client communications.
  • Conduct performance analysis and provide recommendations for improving communication effectiveness and client engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Communications/PR role
  • Proven experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong skills in reporting and analysis with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on key messaging.
  • Experience in creating newsletters and presentations that resonate with target audiences.
  • Familiarity with design software such as InDesign and Creative Suite is a plus.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
