We are looking for a Client Coordinator with experience in the manufacturing space for a reputable company in the Chattanooga, TN area. The ideal candidate will assist with typical office duties, answering the phone lines, assist with customer orders, troubleshoot on product, and hold a professional demeanor. Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move leads through the sales funnel. salary: $19 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

+ Obtains orders by inbound phone calls and email, order entry and transferring orders.

+ Report customer feedback to management.

+ Provide information regarding products and promotional opportunities to customers.

+ Communicate with clients via phone and email using proper phone and email etiquette.

+ Builds rapport and trust with clients to maximize customer loyalty.

+ Receive, enter, process, and manage sales orders through the fulfillment process.

+ Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
