They will foster positive relationships with artists/songwriters and labels/publishers in keeping with Integrity's values, culture, and mission and to meet established ministry goals.Job Description:Build and maintain mutually rewarding working relationships with overall Integrity Team and IMR clients, including artists/songwriters and labels/publishers, in keeping with Integrity's mission, culture and values.Prospect and onboard new IMR clients, including owning the process with all assigned artists.Maintain a leading-edge competitive understanding of the global digital music and music services (i.e., distribution, song administration, label services, etc.) landscape, focusing on opportunities to improve client services and to drive revenue growth for IMR and our clients.Oversee, lead, and participate in effective business review meetings (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and as needed ) with all assigned artists, partnering with the Director and the broader Integrity Music team in select established client meetings. Documents results and meeting outcomes and translates into actionable strategies.Partner with A&R and Publishing to identify priority artists and songs for potential upstream opportunities.Lead initiative for Integrated Music Rights social media branding and growth opportunities. Ideate and create social media posts and short form video content for the Integrated Music Rights social media pagesLead initiative for Integrated Music Rights social media branding and growth opportunities. Ideate and create social media posts and short form video content for the Integrated Music Rights social media pages.Develop creative solutions to grow reach and revenue through DSPs and social media platforms.Provide clients with regular, insightful, timely feedback and a can-do approach to problem-solving, coordinating, when needed, with the broader Integrity Music team to ensure all questions from IMR artists receive a prompt response.Collaborate with Director, Client Development to develop and enhance relationships with key social media accounts.Assist in other projects as assigned.QualificationsPosition Requirements:Formal Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, or related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.Experience:3+ years' experience, with experience in the Christian Music/Gospel and worship music space preferredSpecialized Knowledge/Certification: Ability to problem-solve with a win-win approach. Excellent business and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts. Able to demonstrate excellent business judgment and wisdom. Working knowledge of DSPs/music streaming platforms.Equipment Knowledge: Mac Computers, General Office Equipment, Microsoft Office Suite Core Competencies:
