CME Group is currently looking for a summer intern to assist the US Client Development & Sales (CD&S) Division. CD&S is the front-line of customer interaction at the Exchange, focusing sales efforts globally & managing relationships with CME Group's clients across all customer segments and products. The CD&S intern will be responsible for supporting the ongoing work of the CD&S team in these areas:Location: - New York (hybrid model with 3 in office days required)Principal Responsibilities:- Assist with input updates to internal CRM tool, creation of reports- Assist in research projects for customer segment teams- Assist in data analysis projects for sales support- Assist in other ad hoc projects- Develop understanding of key customers and products at CME GroupSkills / Software Requirements:- Currently pursuing BA/BS, majoring in finance, economics- Prior work experience or leadership roles in extra-curricular activities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with emphasis on Excel- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)- Inquisitive individual who is self-motivated to learn more about the derivatives industryCME Group is committed to offering a competitive total rewards package for our employees that recognizes their contributions to the business and reflects our long-term investment in their future.
