Client Development Specialist

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Client Development Specialist to join a growing consulting firm near Leesburg. This individual will have the opportunity to develop growth strategies and work closely with an engaged and effective CEO. Responsibilities Include:

• Establish and enrich client relationships
• Develop and implement market strategies
• Oversee client meetings and all steps of client development process
• Manage and track sales processes and stages
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and other client reports
• Act as point of contact for special client requests and concerns

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a corporate setting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
