About the Role:

We're in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Experience Associate to play a vital role in supporting our team and managing operational tasks within our office. As our firm continues to rapidly grow, this role offers an opportunity to fully engage with all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Appreciation & Engagement:

  • Send personalized gifts to clients for key milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and life events.
  • Coordinate client communication initiatives, including holiday cards/emails and appreciation events.

Client Service & Operations Support:

  • Assist the Client Service team with paperwork, research, and client requests as needed.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of prospective client meetings to ensure a smooth experience for potential new clients.

Meeting & Presentation Preparation:

  • Assist in preparing for client meetings by setting up conference rooms, organizing deliverables to clients, and preparing data intake forms.

Special Projects & Business Development:

  • Participate in projects related to business development, digital marketing, and firm operations, contributing to our firm's growth and outreach.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle office tasks such as checking firm mail, maintaining/ordering supplies, potentially answering phones, greeting and seating clients, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.

What We're Seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent financial services experience
  • Any previous experience in client services, administrative support, sales, or similar fields is appreciated.
  • A candidate committed to a long-term career in wealth management.
  • A proactive approach to tasks and willingness to take ownership of their responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a willingness to learn new software tools and platforms. The higher the skill in Excel, the stronger the candidate.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to putting clients first, supported by ethical principles and reliability.
