Job Description:

TCS (TATA Consultancy Services Ltd) is seeking a Client Management Director to support One of major Financial customer's delivery operations. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated individual with a passion for service delivery excellence combined with the desire and energy to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth environment.

The Client Management Director has accountability for a team who are working across the globe. This is a new role that will manage a diverse team from multiple countries. Also working closely with TCS executive team to ensure that contractual services are met and that a culture of continuous improvement is instilled to ensure clients see added value and increased improvement year after year.

The Client Management Director is responsible for ensuring the right structure is in place, having the right people to manage client engagements plus having the right tools and processes to set the teams up for success. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on qualified professional with strong project and Large program management experience.

Responsibilities include:

* Strategic Growth Planning

* Develop and execute growth strategies to expand Digital workplace, Cloud AI and Automation Practice in BFSI accounts

* Drive business discussions and craft strategic road map and innovation led solutions targeting transformation and business growth

* Identify new revenue streams through proactive proposals and optimize processes through Digital transformations

* Develop frameworks for Business transformations using data-driven methodologies and processes across the Practice

* Innovation Led Demand creation

* Connect with C Level customers and create demand and values aligning to Industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive movements

* Foster a culture of Innovation by encouraging creative thinking and proposing new business models and revenue streams

* Evaluate potential partnership based value propositions to support customer's growth strategy

* Cross Functional Collaboration

* Create new offerings and work closely with Infrastructure - ISU leadership, Sales and Marketing team to align transformation and growth strategies with overall business objectives

* Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder Practice's ability to achieve growth and transformation goals

* Create regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, outlining progress, challenges and recommendations for future strategies

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 10+ years in a Financial Services client-facing environment, with a strong experience of advanced project management principles.

* Extensive experience growing and managing client relationships and managing complex services contracts.

* Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail, and the flexibility to work with various aspects of a business.

Salary Range: $169,344-$233,856 a year
