Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Manager manages the partnership, satisfaction and growth of a strong meaningful client relationship by delivering and demonstrating tangible value, while maintaining a healthy bottom line and ensuring client and Employee loyalty. Client Manager connects our clients to Graphics Solutions services to support their strategic priorities while also helping to ensure consistent levels of operational services are maintained. Client Manager I position is an entry level role that primarily provides operational support and is developing strategical knowledge and experience for serving the client. Client Manager's focus is to secure tomorrow by serving clients through: Collaboration, Communication, Connectivity, Education and Removing Barriers. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate's degree and one year in managing clients and projects or High School Diploma with three years managing clients and projects. Experience: N/A Licensure/ Certification: N/A Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Experience in the Signage, recognition or promotional products industry. Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software.
