Our extensive range of experience includes industrial, commercial, large mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, education, municipal and multi- and single-family residential projects. From large-scale industrial projects to preliminary feasibility studies, our goal is to provide value through creative and cost-effective design solutions. We have 4 locations across Texas: Houston, The Woodlands, Austin and San Antonio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Oversee the final invoicing process and billing for clients, working closely with the Billing Manager to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and lead business development pursuits and ensure the revenue goals for the Central Texas Site Development department are being met.
  • Resolve accounts receivable issues and address any billing concerns raised by the client.
  • Establish clear and effective communication protocols with clients to ensure seamless information exchange and responsiveness.
  • Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and reporting as needed to keep clients informed.
  • Lead, manage, and be accountable for the Central Texas Site Development team as well as overall team health that aligns with the core values of the company.
  • Identify training needs for staff and execute on the development of the team members.
  • Ensure that project managers and project teams understand and adhere to the client's expectations, including project scope, fees, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain alignment throughout project execution.
  • Work closely with the project teams to ensure that design solutions align with the client's goals and objectives, promoting innovative and value-added solutions.
  • Provide high-level oversight and guidance on projects, offering strategic input to enhance project success.
  • Provide quality assurance and quality control checks on all major project milestones.
  • Continuously assess and check for client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and work to exceed client expectations.
  • Measure success based on client retention, satisfaction levels, and the value of projects won for all project teams.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and win new projects.
  • Prepare proposals with assistance from proposed project teams and practice leader.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Texas PE License required.
  • Provide experience in client management, particularly in the field of civil engineering .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of civil engineering industry standards and best practices.
