SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreeter Job Duties: Assist in following CDC Guidelines of Social Distancing Utilize antiseptic material to wipe down work surfaces and high-volume touch points. CLIENT NAVIGATOR LEVEL 1 will be provided with the required personal protective equipment enabling them to interact with the general public and hospital employees in regards to the screening process. Follow all requirements related to personal protective equipment, cleaning and distancing Enforce occupancy restrictions and guidelines as needed; for example all who enter a site are required to wear an appropriate face mask. Escalation of issues and or incidents to supervisor or management. Aid patients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Will be required to assist staff with completing the Passage Point Process Report/communicate staff failure to comply with screening process mandated by NYC Health + Hospitals.Minimum QualificationsAssignment Level I1. High School diploma or GED; and 2. One (1) year of full-time customer service experience; and3. Good written and oral English communication skills; and4. Computer skills, including word processing, spread sheet and/or database software programsAssignment Level II1. High School diploma or GED; and 2. Two (2) years of full-time customer service experience, including one (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience; and 3. Good written and oral English communication skills; and 4.
