Position Summary

The Client Onboarding Analyst will be responsible for the facilitation of all aspects of the account opening process for new and existing clients of the Firm across both our private client and institutional business lines.

The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Support and facilitate all aspects of the account opening and funding process for all clients in the Institutional and Private Client businesses.

* Communicate in a timely manner with internal Client Service and Relationship Managers to acquire necessary client KYC documentation for account opening and funding.

* Manage inbound queue of ticket requests within internal task management system to ensure timely execution of tasks. Adhere to established SLAs and goals.

* Manage workflow through multiple systems and applications to meet evolving business demands.

* Partner with external custodian partners to open accounts, fund accounts, process daily account maintenance requests and complete any due diligence related audits and reports.

* Use appropriate judgement to escalate issues and exception requests against firm policies and procedures, and own the resolution communication to impacted stakeholders.

* Manage all aspects of proxy voting operations and provide proactive reporting and assistance in answering prospective client request for proposals (RFPs).

* Partner with other supporting areas such as Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services and other operational teams to deliver on firm goals.

* Consistently create an improved operating environment by proactively identifying and escalating control gaps and proposing and instituting best practices and tools to be more efficient and effective.

* Lead and contribute to firm-wide and departmental value-add projects and present project findings to leadership and other stakeholders as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required

* 1-3 years' work experience

* Ability to handle confidential material with utmost discretion

* Strong level of attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and a sense of urgency

* Must have the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment.

* Strong decision making, organization, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Excellent client service orientation and must possess a client-first mentality; demonstrated flexibility and strong follow-up skills.

Desired Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics

* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Knowledge of AML and KYC on-boarding requirements

* Knowledge of Investment Manager, Bank and Broker On-Boarding requirements

* Knowledge of Advent's APX, and PegaSystems preferred

* Knowledge of Proxy Processing

Salary: $65-$70k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
