Summary

The Client Onboarding Specialist's position is an important part of Landmark's IT Department and works directly with Landmark's clients, Sales team, and other internal departments to coordinate technical needs and requirements of bringing on new clients. This position is responsible for configuring client accounts and setting up relevant user administration. The Client Onboarding Specialist also works with internal departments to gather, understand and coordinate technical requirements if new development is needed to support a client. The position's main focus is to support the US Information Technology team with new client start-ups and equip the client to successfully integrate their systems with Landmark's.

Job Description

Core responsibilities will include the following areas:

  • Facilitate technical conversations with clients and sales team
  • Discuss details of data transfer between backend systems
  • Validate technical aspects of client integration
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting and changes for existing clients
  • Handle client account setup and configuration
  • Coordinate client launch with internal departments
  • Manage user administration for clients
  • Facilitate technical migration projects for existing client connections
  • Determine technical requirements related to new features for clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients to determine new technical requirements
  • Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Communications preferred
  • 1-3+ year experience in client integrations, customer onboarding or technical project management preferred
  • Must have experience working with customers
  • Familiarity with common EDI standards, data transfer methods, and API connections
  • Must have attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient at complex problem solving involving multiple groups
  • Adept at decision making which considers relevant efficiency and resources
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task several projects at one time
  • Must be able to take initiative in seeing projects to completion

Position Pay Range

  • $65,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience and other factors
  • Position eligible for annual bonus plan based on a percentage of annual salary.
