The Client Partner for Meta's Global Business Group is a strategic and vision-setting relationship owner with our top advertisers where trust is built on platform mastery combined with deep understanding of our client's business.
As Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing deep collaboration with external clients and agency partners, selling through a shared strategic vision and rallying your internal team and cross functional partners around measurement, creative, and product opportunities. The role will focus on building key strategic external cross-functional relationships including media, marketing, analytics and creative teams. Success in this position will consist of driving revenue growth among a client set with an already high share of wallet, developing executive client influence, ability to plan and lead long term vision for our client's success on the platform through a consultative sales approach, as well as ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
This role will be expected to problem-solve and lead complex, undefined work-streams and opportunities, as well as influence c-suite stakeholders and matrixed organizations with an entrepreneurial mindset.8+ years of experience working in sales, advertising, digital media or client-facing strategy and consulting roles with data-driven advertisers Internal & External Influence: Experience collaborating, communicating, and influencing a diverse set of cross-functional teams including creative, marketing science, and product both internally at Meta and externally through client and agency teams across levels and functions (up to/including C-Suite) Communication: Experience clearly communicating the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the skills to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly Business Acumen: Experience understanding the client's business, industry, competition, company priorities and marketing budget, defining success metrics and translating business objectives to measurable strategies aligned to partnership vision Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and accurately and effectively managing sales pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources, predict future sales revenue and share of wallet by analyzing the pipeline, external market conditions, client budgets and annual plans. Platform Mastery: Experience gaining mastery of Meta's product suite and combining it with an understanding of the client's business needs to seamlessly zoom out and in when driving long term big bet solutions with clients Leadership & Collaboration: experience leading and rallying teams and cross-functional partners around common goal or objective Demonstrated performance in a dynamic, collaborative, fast-moving and ambiguous environment Experience with Meta's full suite of advertising solutions
