Job Description:

Our client is a prominent, Alternative Investment Firm currently seeking to add an Investor Relations/Client Partners Associate to their growing Team.

This individual will be responsible for supporting fund marketing efforts, running end to end investor servicing and partnering with firms' new and existing clients with regards to fund marketing and capital raising for new fund launch. Ideal individual should be well versed with alternative investments, private equity investment and general capital markets knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with retail sales/ fundraising team with regards to all investor activities
  • Work with the origination team on pitching new business and capital raising, content creation and investor roadshows
  • Work with investment teams across the organization to ensure accuracy with regards to sales/fund marketing and business development
  • Profile client base and prepare a strategic investor plans
  • Review and analyze portfolio performance data, benchmark performance and risk statistics
  • Review client quarterly reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain client relationship, providing reports to Directors on a regular basis
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the strategic reporting platform by gathering and analyzing field feedback and collaborating with partners across the organization
  • Provide various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor s Degree with at least 3+ years of Financial Services/Investment Banking/Investment Management or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Formulas
  • Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management
  • Partner with investment team to create and update strong, consistent suite of core product marketing and client-service materials, in effort to effectively convey firms' product awareness
  • Collaborate with teams across all regions to develop meaningful marketing materials such as, sales pitch-books, strategy books, client reviews, conference presentations and educational materials for both internal and external use.
  • Provide various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed.
