Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to perform the role of Broker Liaison to enhance client satisfaction and support broker activities. As a Broker Liaison, you will empower our sales executives by providing crucial administrative support to enhance overall efficiency.   • Serve as a liaison between our Client Success Manager and brokers, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with brokers, vendors, and customers through personalized outreach.
  • Address issues raised by brokers in a timely manner, and coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, account executives) to resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls as needed.
  • Maintain customer and vendor databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required.
  • Perform any other additional duties assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience delivering outstanding customer service is required.

Job Location: Bonita Springs, FL 34134 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Hybrid Role: 3 DaysIn-Office, 2 Days Remote Work (Candidates located outside the local area will not be considered, as this role requires in-office presence.) Classification: Exempt Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
