The Client Relations Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Sales and holds a critical role in the successful execution of processes related to serving the needs, managing the data, and supporting a progressive culture related to the organization's clients. The incumbent will work closely with the Vice President of Sales in managing a range of activities related to client services.
Responsibilities:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Estimate and prepare proposals
* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
* Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Facilitate additional sales opportunities as well as pursue any possible cross-selling
* Assures that contract specifications are adhered to
* Accurate and timely completion of required documentation relating to the management of assigned accounts.
* Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Minimum Qualifications:
* Strong analytical thinking, relationship-building skills, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
* 3-5 years of administrative experience.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in client services, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
