The Client Relations Specialist serves as the primary liaison to our prospective and current clients and the leadership team. The Client Relations Specialist will manage current partnerships to ensure adequate and timely follow up on all new and existing needs. This role will function as a liaison between the facility, providers and operations to ensure organizational expectations and outcomes are met to both company and client expectations. This role may require frequent travel to facilities and will require a dependable means of transportation.
Position Qualifications
- Previous clinical and/or sales/admission/marketing experience in skilled nursing is preferred.
- Solid communication skills and ability to build and maintain local professional relationships and drive referrals is required.
- Possess strong assessment skills, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Work independently, and demonstrate good judgment.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be an effective time manager and multi-tasker.
- Possesses negotiation and persuasion skills as well as being an active listener.
- Work collaboratively with all departments and partners to ensure company expectations are met and achieved from an operational and clinical aspect.
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
- Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and healthcare software
- Minimum of 1-2 years' healthcare and/or healthcare sales experience required.
- High School Diploma required, AA or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Requires travel.
- Valid Driver's License
